Getting mulia on your device
We provide three installation routes: Android APK download (direct install, fastest setup), iOS browser access (no App Store listing; pinned to home screen), and web app (works on any device with a modern browser). Choose the path that matches your device and comfort level.
Installation overview
- Android users: Download the APK file directly from our registration page, enable "Unknown Sources" in Settings, then tap to install. Installation takes under subject to verification.
- iOS users: Visit mulia in Safari, tap the Share button, select "Add to Home Screen", and the icon appears on your home screen like a native app.
- Web app: Open mulia in any browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and bookmark the page. No installation required; works on any screen size.
Why mobile access matters
Football and live casino operate on tight schedules. Liga 1 fixtures kick off at set times; Piala AFF matches run on international calendars; live-dealer tables operate 24 hours. A mobile app or home-screen shortcut means you catch the action without switching to a desktop. Push notifications alert you to gate closures on weekend slots (Idul Fitri schedules, for example), odds updates before kickoff, or live-table seat availability when you open Surabaya evening tournaments.
App strengths
- Push notifications for live events
- Offline data cache speeds load times
- Gesture controls optimised for touch
- Lower bandwidth use on weak networks
Web app trade-offs
- No push notifications (browser permission-dependent)
- Cache limits vary by browser
- Requires active internet connection
- No system-level integration (no lock-screen shortcuts)
Device compatibility
Our mulia app and web platform support Android 7.0 and later, iOS 12.0 and later, and modern desktop browsers (Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, Edge 90+). If your device is older, the web app is your best option—it runs on nearly any device with a browser. For older Android phones (pre-7.0) or iOS (pre-12.0), we recommend using the browser directly rather than attempting installation.
Troubleshooting installation issues
Android APK install fails: Check that "Unknown Sources" (or "Install Unknown Apps") is enabled in your device Settings → Apps & notifications. If you see a certificate warning, this is normal for direct downloads; tap "Install anyway" to proceed. Storage space must be at least 150 MB free. If the download is interrupted, delete the partial file and restart.
iOS home-screen shortcut does not work: Ensure you are using Safari, not Chrome or Firefox. Tap Share (the box with an arrow), scroll to "Add to Home Screen", and confirm. The shortcut may take up to 10 seconds to appear. If it does not, restart Safari and try again.
Web app loads slowly or freezes: Clear your browser cache (Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data). Check your internet connection by opening a news site. If mulia still lags, try a different browser or device. Weak networks (2G, saturated WiFi) may cause timeouts—switch to a stronger connection if available.
Permissions, data and security
We at mulia request only essential permissions: Internet access (required for all services), location (optional, used to verify jurisdiction compliance and detect payment fraud), and camera (only when you initiate KYC document upload). We do not access your contacts, SMS, or photos without your explicit action. Your account credentials are encrypted in transit and at rest; we never store passwords in plain text. When you log out, your session tokens expire immediately. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team at any time—we verify your identity via email or phone and issue account-recovery steps within one business day.
