muliaTerms of Use
We at mulia operate an online gaming and sportsbook platform serving users in supported jurisdictions. This document outlines the terms under which we provide our services—account creation, deposits and withdrawals, game rules, tournament participation, and dispute resolution. By accessing mulia, you agree to these terms. We enforce them consistently across all users, whether you are in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, or any other supported region.
Our services are available only where local law permits. Users are responsible for verifying that their access and use of mulia comply with their own jurisdiction's law. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. If you are uncertain about the legal status of our services in your location, we recommend consulting local regulations before creating an account.
We take account security, fair play, and transparent settlement seriously. This terms document reflects our commitments to you and the conditions we require from all participants on our platform.
Account conditions and eligibility
To access mulia, you must create an account and pass identity verification. We require your legal name, a valid email address, a mobile phone number, and a government-issued ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license). We also require proof of residence—a utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement dated within the last three months. This Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before your first withdrawal and helps us prevent fraud and money laundering.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We do not accept liability for unauthorised access if you share your password or allow others to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised activity, contact our support team immediately via email or SMS. We are available in English and Indonesian during business hours (09:00–17:00 Western Indonesia Time, Monday–Friday). Response time averages 2–4 hours.
Deposits and payment methods
We accept deposits through eight payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet accounts. All deposits are processed instantly; your account balance updates within seconds of payment confirmation. We do not charge deposit fees. The amount you transfer is the full amount credited to your mulia account.
We reserve the right to decline or reverse any deposit we believe violates our terms or applicable law. This is rare, but we may investigate deposits from new accounts, unusually large transfers, or accounts showing patterns inconsistent with normal play. If we reverse a deposit, we will notify you immediately and return the funds to your original payment method within one business day.
Withdrawals and settlement
You may withdraw your account balance at any time, subject to KYC verification and standard security checks. Withdrawals are processed in the order received. Bank transfers typically settle within one business day during business hours. E-wallet transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) usually complete within a few hours. We do not process withdrawals on public holidays—requests submitted during Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi will queue for the next business day.
We do not charge withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount you receive, minus any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider (which are controlled by those third parties, not mulia). If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect account details, we will hold your funds temporarily and attempt to reverse the transaction. If reversal fails, we will contact you to collect correct details.
Key mulia commitments
- Deposits and withdrawals are processed without hidden fees
- KYC verification is required once before your first withdrawal
- Customer support in English and Indonesian during business hours
- All bets, draws, and settlements logged permanently for transparency
- No multi-accounting permitted; violations result in suspension
Game rules, tournaments, and dispute resolution
We operate slot tournaments (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), sportsbook markets (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, MotoGP, badminton, esports including Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile), and number draws (Macau Pools, Reactoonz). Each game type has its own rules, published in full on the mulia platform before you enter. We do not change rules mid-tournament or mid-draw. If we need to update rules, we announce changes at least seven days before they take effect, except for security-critical updates which we implement immediately and communicate within 24 hours.
All games use certified random-number generators independently tested to ensure fairness. We publish our RNG certification and draw archives on request. Tournament leaderboards update in real-time; you can verify your rank and score at any moment. Payouts are calculated automatically according to the published payout table and credited to your account instantly. We do not hold winnings for review unless we detect violations of our terms (automated play, multi-accounting, account sharing, or unusual patterns suggesting collusion).
If you dispute a settlement, payout, or account action, contact our support team immediately with details of the transaction or draw in question. We investigate all disputes using our permanent transaction logs and independently published draw records. Investigation typically completes within five business days. We communicate the outcome and any remedial action via email. If you remain unsatisfied after our investigation, you may escalate to our compliance review team, which operates independently of our gaming operations.
We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if we detect violations of these terms, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, automated software use, bonus abuse, payment fraud, money laundering, or activity in a jurisdiction where we do not operate. Suspension is typically accompanied by forfeiture of the balance at the time of suspension. In cases of clear fraud or money laundering, we report the activity to relevant authorities and preserve all transaction records for investigation.
